Real people.
Real stories.

Employer-branding films from Vienna.

Our answer.

We build employer-branding formats where real people come across as real.

For more than twelve years we have specialised in employer-branding films. From the single recruiting video to an ongoing career series.

Together with Strabag we have produced more than 150 career stories, one of the largest documentary employer-branding series in the German-speaking region. For Greiner we developed the Greiner Walks format: 24 episodes across several countries, where we accompany people in their cities, not only at their workplaces. What unites these formats: they are not a single measure but a series. They grow with the company, can be carried on with new generations, and become an archive that gives applicants orientation over years. Our setup is small, the team well-rehearsed, and the conversations happen without a script. For us, authenticity is not a question of format, it is a question of preparation. A single film can also be the beginning. Each of our partnerships started with a first project.

Years of specialisation

How an employer-branding series comes together.

1. Concept - We start with a workshop phase. Who are your people, what is the truth of your culture, which format arc holds? The output is not a script, but a format concept that scales.

2. Pilot episode - A first episode is both proof and learning ground. What works on camera? Which tone lands? Where do team members hold back? The pilot decides whether the assignment becomes a series.

3. Series - With a validated format we move into producing several episodes. Efficient, because the concept is set. Authentic, because the setup is well-rehearsed.

4. Archive - From the episodes a candidate-facing archive emerges over time. It does not age, because documentary stories do not expire. It becomes the strongest recruiting resource you own.

Where we shoot.

Vienna for concept and edit. Your locations for the shoot.

Concept, client work, and post-production stay with us. Regional crews handle the shoot, teams we have built trust with over years.

We work with teams in Austria and with production partners in Germany, the rest of Europe, and beyond. Three reasons sit behind this. Sustainability, because less travel means less CO2. Regional expertise, because local crews know language, culture, and permits. And simply efficiency, because a well-rehearsed team on the ground often produces faster.

Over the years we have built a network of specialised teams. From a two-person director-and-camera setup for intimate employee interviews to service production with local permits, fixers, and equipment. For one international roll-out we delivered over 100 interviews shot by crews across Europe, the United States, and China. Coordinated from Vienna, with consistent visual language, consistent tone, consistent editing methodology.

For you it means this: one studio handles concept and final film. Several crews shoot where your people actually work.

Frequently asked

Common questions about employer-branding films.

  1. What does an employer-branding film cost?

The range is wide, and a flat number would be a guess without ground. What sets the price: the format (single film or growing series), shoot scope and locations, post-production depth, and whether you are commissioning the concept work as well. A single recruiting clip with a small setup is a different size than an international format series with several episodes. We quote transparently after a first concept conversation. We listen first, then we name numbers.

  2. How long does production take?

From briefing to first cut: four to eight weeks for a single episode. Format workshops before the first shoot: one to two days. Pure production of a series after a validated concept: one to three shoot days per episode block.

  3. Do you produce outside Vienna and Austria?

Yes. Concept, client contact, and post-production always stay with us in Vienna. Regional teams we have worked with for years handle the shoot itself. We have realised EB projects in Austria, Germany, other European countries, the US, and China, with over 100 interviews in a single international roll-out. It saves travel cost, reduces CO2, and makes parallel multi-location roll-outs possible without breaking visual consistency.

  4. How do you find a good employer-branding film studio?

Look at the people in their reference reel, not the composition. Applicants notice the same difference. And trust the first conversation. A studio that listens before it pitches will understand you in the project too.

  5. What is the difference between an EB film and a brand film?

A brand film shows the company from the outside, what it stands for and what it can do. An EB film shows the company from the inside, who works there, how the everyday looks, what binds the people together. EB films usually address applicants, brand films address everyone.

  6. Can we start with a single film?

Yes. Each of our long-term partnerships began with exactly one project. When the first film holds, a series often grows from it. When it does not, it stays a strong single piece.

Let's talk about your EB.

A 30-minute conversation, not a pitch. We listen, ask a lot, and tell you honestly what we would do.
