From posting
to brand.

The workshop for businesses that want to be more than a profile.

Honestly.

Posting without a plan is busywork.

Many companies and solopreneurs post daily without knowing why. Reach becomes a search task instead of a result. Algorithm hacks and posting frequency don't solve the actual problem: without a core that holds, every posting plan is just a plan without substance. Before you build more reach, build the meaning behind it.

What sets us apart

We work on the foundation, not on the frequency plan.

The Reels & Stories Workshop is a format workshop. We help companies and solopreneurs find their brand, not write the next posting plan.

Other workshops train you on algorithms, frequency, and tactics. We start before that. In the two to three hours we spend together, we work on the three pillars your content has to stand on: what defines you, where your substance lies, and which proofs your stories can carry.

We come prepared. Before the workshop we research your brand and market. We bring a framework, concrete questions, and a clear plan for the conversation. It is not a brainstorming session in which you have to do half the thinking. We lead and condense together with you.

Anyone building reach without substance is building a megaphone without a voice.
Process.

How the workshop runs.

Preparation.

We come prepared.

Before the session we research your brand, your past communication, and your market environment, ideally with analytics from your platforms. We bring a framework, concrete questions, and conversation guides.

Workshop.

2-3 hours on site.

Structured conversation along a guideline. We lead, ask questions, and listen. You answer, we condense together. Not a brainstorming session in which you have to do half the thinking yourselves.

Storytelling Guide.

We process and design.

After the session we work internally. We develop a Social Media Storytelling Guide that documents your three pillars, your formats, and your production logic. Individual to your brand, concrete enough that external partners can work with it.

Handoff.

Presentation and handover.

We present the Guide together, clarify open questions, build in your feedback, and hand over the final document. What you have in hand afterwards: a plan you can produce on independently, brief a videographer with, or take into production with us.

Method.

Three pillars. Three formats per pillar.

Pillar 01 · Identification

Who you are.

The people behind the company, the stance, the stories. Your why lives here. The core, what drives you, not what you sell. This pillar charges your brand emotionally.

Pillar 02 · Expertise

What you know.

Market knowledge, insights, the expertise that lives inside your company. Not the generic tips every industry account replays. Real expertise, born only in your depth and recognisable through your perspective.

Pillar 03 · Proof

What you do.

Your work, your processes, the concrete results. Sales stories, case work, before-and-after, customer voices. The things your work tells on its own. This is where the narrative core takes physical form.

What you have in hand.

The Social Media Storytelling Guide.

After the workshop you don't get a nice slide deck. You get your playbook.

The Guide is the physical outcome of the workshop. Individual to your brand, based on what came out of the workshop. It documents your three pillars, your nine formats, your production logic, and concrete examples for the first shoots.

With this document you have everything you need. You can keep producing yourselves, brief a videographer, or move into production with us. It is not a template generator, it is your own brand operating manual. External partners can also work with it without your voice getting watered down.

With the Guide you can produce on your own. But you don't have to.

What clients say

Plain talk.

What we get asked most.

  1. What sets this workshop apart from a social-media strategy workshop?

A social-media strategy workshop tells you which platforms and what frequency. Our workshop tells you which stories to tell there and how. The two complement each other, they do not replace each other.

  2. How long does the workshop take?

The workshop itself is set up for 2-3 hours on site. Before that, our preparation runs (research on your brand and communication, based on analytics). After that comes internal processing, a presentation of the Guide, and the final handoff. From the workshop date to the delivered Guide typically two to three weeks.

  3. What is included in the Storytelling Guide?

Your three pillars, your nine formats, your production logic, and concrete examples for the first shoots. Individual to your brand, based on what came out of the workshop. Concrete enough that external partners can work with it.

  4. Do we have to prepare?

No. We lead the workshop with framework and questions. You do not have to prepare, you already know everything about yourselves and your brand, we just have to bring it to light. It is helpful if the people who will later produce or take decisions on communication are at the table. Optionally, exporting analytics from your social-media platforms is very useful.

  5. Who should attend the workshop?

At least the founder or owner (whoever carries the brand). For teams: in addition the people who will later produce or own the content. More than four or five people stretches the frame.

  6. What happens after the workshop?

You decide. With the Guide you can produce on your own, brief a videographer, or keep working with us. We combine the building blocks (shoot planning, shoot day, post-production, posting) so they fit your reality. Just doing the workshop is also fine.

  7. Do you also offer the workshop online?

Yes, video call works. The only thing that needs to hold is a good audio connection. When possible an on-site workshop is often the nicer frame for a personal conversation.

Let's talk.

30-minute first conversation, no invoice. We listen to where you are and what you need. From that it gets clear whether our workshop fits you.
