Stefan Grafenhorst and Alexander Berth work on Greiner's sustainability team. We developed an employer branding format where they meet and walk with employees around the world. From CEO to apprentice – a format that works at eye level because the setup demands it.
Greiner is a global corporation with locations across multiple continents. Employer branding that works just as well in Singapore as in the Austrian Alps needs a flexible format. At the same time, it has to stay personal and approachable, not read like a corporate brochure.
Two hosts, a walk, a real conversation. The format is deliberately simple so the content takes centre stage. We shoot on location with employees in their local environment. No studio, no artificial setup.
A series that has grown across multiple seasons and continents. Each episode shows a different part of the company, but the thread remains: real people, real conversations.
