For the new strategic mission „Work on Progress,“ we developed the „Strabag Career Stories“ employer branding campaign. This series, featuring over 100 episodes, highlights different employees across various jobs, focusing on their unique challenges and visions. A significant aspect of the series is its emphasis on sustainability, showcasing employees passionate about climate protection.
We crafted a dynamic narrative format that included diverse episode types, ensuring fresh and engaging content. Our thorough planning process, from initial interviews to post-production, allowed us to maintain a consistent yet adaptable storyline. Special emphasis was placed on sustainability stories, highlighting Strabag’s commitment to climate protection through the eyes of its dedicated employees.
Each episode features a main film, social media cut-downs in portrait format, trailers in various ratios, and localized versions in English and German. This approach maximizes reach and impact, ensuring that content is accessible and engaging across platforms. Sustainability-focused episodes emphasize the environmental efforts and passion of Strabag employees.
