Karrierestories

For the new strategic mission „Work on Progress“, we developed an employer branding campaign called „Karrierestories“. In over 90 episodes we meet different employees in different jobs and talk about the unique challenges and visions. For the sheer volume of films and formats, we created a flexible modular story concept with templates for different job profiles and protagonists. We’ve put together different independent units to ensure a smooth production workflow.
