„The Blue Plan“ is Greiner’s ambitious sustainability initiative aimed at addressing climate change, diversity, and reducing their carbon footprint. This campaign involved creating a video that featured numerous employees from around the world, sharing their unique perspectives on achieving these goals.

We developed a concept centered around employee interviews across three continents, interviewing over 50 people in total. By highlighting the voices of diverse employees, we showcased the global commitment and collective effort required for systemic sustainability change. This approach ensured the narrative was engaging, relatable, and authentic, emphasizing that true change must come from within the organization.

The video featured a main film that included insights from employees, emphasizing the global and inclusive nature of Greiner’s sustainability efforts. By giving employees a voice, we highlighted their unique perspectives on tackling climate change, promoting diversity, and reducing the carbon footprint. This method showcased the collective drive and dedication of Greiner’s workforce towards achieving „The Blue Plan.“

Through engaging and authentic interviews, we highlighted the global effort and systemic change needed to address climate change, diversity, and carbon reduction. This project not only underscored Greiner’s ambitious sustainability goals but also demonstrated the power of employee involvement in driving meaningful change.
