For the new strategic mission „Work on Progress,“ we developed an extensive employer branding campaign called „Karrierestories.“ This long-running series features over 100 episodes where we meet different employees across various jobs, discussing their unique challenges and visions. To manage this extensive project, we created a flexible, modular story concept with templates tailored for different job profiles and protagonists.

Story Development for a Long-Running Series

Developing a narrative for a series with over 100 episodes required a unique approach. We crafted a dynamic format that included various types of episodes and packages, ensuring that each installment was fresh and engaging. Our strategy involved thorough planning from the initial employee interviews to shooting and post-production, maintaining a consistent yet adaptable storyline throughout the series.

Unique Format and Streamlined Production Process

We designed a distinctive format for „Karrierestories“ that streamlined production. This included different kinds of episodes, ensuring variety while keeping the core message consistent. To facilitate a smooth production workflow, we developed script templates for our directors. These templates guided the interviews, allowing us to create coherent storylines from the employees‘ responses post-interview. This method ensured that each episode was both authentic and engaging.

Comprehensive Content Creation

Each episode of „Karrierestories“ was crafted to maximize reach and impact. The main film was complemented by social media cut-downs in portrait format, trailers in 16:9, 4:5, and 9:16 ratios, and localized versions in both English and German. This comprehensive approach ensured that our content was accessible and appealing across various platforms and audiences.

Efficient Production Workflow

To manage the sheer volume of episodes, we set up a streamlined production process with experienced two-man teams that traveled across Europe. This efficient setup allowed us to maintain high-quality production standards while meeting tight schedules. Our teams were well-versed in the requirements of the project, ensuring consistency and excellence in every shoot.

Post-Production and Approval Workflow

Our post-production and client feedback processes were equally streamlined. We established a workflow that accommodated the high volume of episodes, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Regular feedback loops with the client helped maintain their satisfaction and allowed us to make necessary adjustments quickly, keeping the project on track and meeting the client’s expectations.

Conclusion

The „Karrierestories“ campaign exemplifies our capability to handle large-scale employer branding projects. Through meticulous planning, a unique narrative format, and an efficient production process, we delivered a high-quality, engaging series that effectively communicated the strategic mission of „Work on Progress.“ This project not only highlighted the unique challenges and visions of employees but also demonstrated our expertise in creating compelling, multi-format content.
