1. Briefing & conversation. A brief is the start, not a finished script. In a first conversation we clarify the open frame, the goal, the audience, the tone, the budget, and we ask the content questions that will carry the concept later.
2. Concept (2-3 directions). For larger productions we develop two or three concept directions, with the budget frame in mind. You don't get one variant to nod off, you get real options that tell different stories. The choice becomes a deliberate decision instead of a thumbs up.
3. Choice & production. With the chosen direction we move into detailed concept, script, and production. Concept and direction stay in one hand, so the film carries the signature you commissioned us for.
